Policy

To monitor the educational process of the institution periodically and to improve the quality of activities for the academic excellence as per the KUHS.

Objectives

• Plan, organize and implement academic programmes as per the regulations of the syllabus.
• Monitor the institutional excellence according to the parameters of KUHS.

Activities

• Prepare annual academic plan, master time table, monthly academic plan, monthly report.
• Conduct periodic meetings.
• Monitor the faculty development activities.
• Monitor student welfare activities and student assessment.
• Evaluate the maintenance of KUHS parameters in the institution.
