Maintenance committee

Maintain the campus green, eco-friendly, and technologically advanced and supervise the maintenance needs of the college.

Objectives:

• Assess maintenance needs of the college buildings, equipment, and furniture.
• Monitor the inclusion of budgetary provisions towards maintenance in the annual budget.
• Execute the maintenance requirements of the campus.
• Maintain a green and eco-friendly campus.
• Manage documents related to maintenance activities.

Functions

• Establish regular maintenance of the building and equipment of the institute.
• Regular review of the conditions of infrastructure and other facilities.

Meeting:

Committee will meet once in six months.
